DAY 1 – MADURAI ARRIVAL & SIGHTSEEING

WELCOME TO SOUTH INDIA TEMPLE DARSHAN FROM VAS TOURS AND TRAVELS

Morning:

• Arrival in Madurai. Check-in at hotel.

Madurai Sightseeing:

• Meenakshi Amman Temple – Explore the famous temple known for its stunning architecture.
• ThirumalaiNayakar Palace – A majestic 17th-century palace.
• AlagarKoil – A beautiful temple located in the foothills of Alagar.
• Gandhi Museum – Historical significance related to Indian independence.
• Evening: Leisure time for shopping or exploring local markets.
• Overnight stay in Madurai.

DAY 2 – MADURAI – KODAIKANAL

• This Morning After Breakfast, Proceed to Kodaikanal From madurai.

• Upon Arrival Check in to Hotel At Kodaikanal.

• Later Visit the Bryant’s parkand lake. Overnight Stay At Hotel in Kodaikanal.

DAY 3 – MADURAI –RAMESHWARAM (175KM 3-4 HOURS)             

Morning: Drive to Rameshwaram.

Rameswaram Sightseeing:

• Ramanathaswamy Temple – Famous for its long corridors and 22 theertham (holy water bodies).
• Pamban Bridge – India’s first sea bridge.
• Agni Theertham – A sacred sea bath near the temple.

Dhanushkodi – A ghost town destroyed by a cyclone, known for its serene beaches.

Evening:

Visit to A.P.J Abdul Kalam’s Memorial . 

Overnight:

• stay in Rameswaram.

DAY 4 – RAMESHWARAM- KANYAKUMARI (310KM,5-6 HRS)

Morning:

• Early departure for Kanyakumari.

Kanyakumari Sightseeing:

• Vivekananda Rock Memorial – Located on a small island, accessible by ferry.
• Thiruvalluvar Statue – 133-feet tall statue of the Tamil poet and philosopher.
• Kanyakumari Beach – Famous for sunrise and sunset views.
• Kumari Amman Temple – An ancient temple dedicated to Goddess Kanyakumari.

Evening:

• Watch the sunset at the confluence of three oceans (Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal).

Overnight:

• stay in Kanyakumari
